Mr. Herron is also SVP and Director of U.S. Energy Corp., President of U.S. Uranium Ltd. and Crested Corp., and a director of U.S. Moly Corp. and U.S. Uranium Ltd. Mr. Herron received an M.B.A. degree from the University of Wyoming after receiving a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Mr. Lorimer is also VP Finance for both U. S. Energy Corp. and Crested Corp. for the past fifteen years. Mr. Lorimer received a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics and German from Brigham Young University and worked towards a Masters in Accountancy at the University of Nebraska.

Mr. Svilar is also Secretary and General Counsel for U. S. Energy Corp. and Crested Corp. He has extensive security law experience and received a BS from New Mexico State University and his JD from Wyoming Law School.
