• Start aggressive drilling program with the goal of expanding its overall indicated and inferred gold resource to support a bankable feasibility study
• Upgrade Inferred Resources into Indicated Resources category
• Expand Inferred Mineral Resource base

• New Resource calculation for the Project
• Complete feasibility study
• Development financing (est. capital program of US $12 - $15 million)
• Become a gold producer within 18 months of financing.
• Target to produce 24,000 to 50,000 oz. of gold annually
